Create a database of application rules on the Mamutu site - the ideas could be uploaded from users either automatically when they create a new application rule (obviously this would have to carry consent from the user), or manually by the user.

IMO this would give other users the ability to see what sort of behaviours other programmes are creating and would give them a better understanding of what applications can do to a computer.

This feature is more or less already available.

Please check out www.isthisfilesafe.com

There you can search for programs. The details page shows the monitored behaviors of other users.

When a critical mass of "allow" rules is reached, a program is automatically considered as good. The alert windows of Mamutu display how many % of other users allowed or blocked the program. This is used as base for the recommendation to create an application rule.
