Once a licence has been purchased reduce the subscription costs for the yearly re-registration or at least give bonus reductions to those who register year on year or incentives for continuing to re-register by recommending a friend to registe

IU do believe users are more likely to re-register each year if some sort of incentive is given such as a reduced subscription. If you recommend a friend you should get large reductions to your next years subscription

Make the alerts more concise and easier to understand.

Make it so that people can see exactly what this program is considering "Dangerous Behavior".

I suggest having a look up service [perhaps web-based] that can give users more information on the running process, especially processes that the user is asked to block.

Link your news panel to comparison sites or at least positive AND negative reviews so that we can judge whether it's worth installing this security software. If your product is good you shouldn't be afraid to do this

There are so many security packages out there it's often very hard to decide where to spend your dollars. The big names always tend to get in the top places on comparison sites, but this doesn't necessarily mean they are the best becasue there...

Explain in more detail (via the help file) how to use the Behaviour Blocker - for example you can add new application rules, but most users may find this difficult to do, give some examples to show the user how to go about creating a new app

At least give examples on your web site. In fact you could create a database of applicvation rules for all software that is release via users comments.

Provide the same settings options in the settings menus as provided during setup

I found that once agreeing to the option (for example, the community reviews) You cannot change it after setup. All settings (especially community oriented ones) should always be readily accessible in the settings. For some it is a privacy thing,...

If editing rules is monitored by Mamutu ensure they are peer reviewed before downloading to other users

Give the GUI an facelift - it's looking rather dated or at least enable the user to choose from a set of skins to match their desktop set up.

When using the processes tab add more information about each of the processes - for example you could allow users to upload their uses of the software, or at least give a more detailed explanation of the process instead of just quoting the list of

This would make this aspect of the software much more valuable to the user and for me would be one more reason to re-subscribe at the end of my years subscription

Fix the "Security Status" option for the notification area icon context menu

If a user runs an update, then hides the window, and then right clicks the tray icon and selects "Security Status", the program will simply un-hide the window, leaving you looking at the update screen. This is the only option it does it on....

Place the Mamutu news items in the right-hand panel on the GUI rather than have them on th main control panel - this would go some way to tidying up the look of the GUI

Remove Emails from Mamutu accounts if they are not used for a long period - I found I was already registered with a Mamutu account (from the previous time this was given away), but I'd stopped using it within a few months.

I may not be happy with the servicxe so remove it from my system, yet the ?Email I used to create an account remains with the developer. This should be removed after a certain period of inactivity. It's an easy matter to re-register a new...

Create a database of application rules on the Mamutu site - the ideas could be uploaded from users either automatically when they create a new application rule (obviously this would have to carry consent from the user), or manually by the user.

IMO this would give other users the ability to see what sort of behaviours other programmes are creating and would give them a better understanding of what applications can do to a computer.

Have a "Learning Phase"

I think the application should have an initial "learning phase" that would allow the application to establish a baseline for the computer and to eliminate false positives!

Give more detailed notice about the malicious behaviours

It is not very useful to know that a program tries to write a key in the registry, if you don't know what key (and content). Similarly, when a program is injecting code in a process, it would be nice to know the process name. Currently, we can...
